Correct OCG: You can pay any multiple of 500 Life Points to decrease this card's Level by 1 for each 500 Life Points you paid until the End Phase. During the turn you use that effect, when this card is used as a Synchro Material Monster, you can Special Summon 1 FIRE monster from your hand with the Level equal to or lower than the amount of this card's Level you decreased. I'm not sure about the bolded part, though. Well, it's hard to summon, and hard to be used for Synchro Summon if you don't give the Level changing effect. 8/10. Well, it's hard to summon, and hard to be used for Synchro Summon if you don't give the Level changing effect. 8/10. @ the OCG, some of that seems off to me, I don't know why, but I will fix it up as best I can@ effect comment, I know, the difficulty to summon and use in Synchro Summoning, make up for an effect of easy summoning, at the cost of 3000 life points, you could possibly summon a 20-somthing hundred attacker, and potentially win a game off it when you combine it with the Synchro no errors theres one in the first sentence Lifepoints=Life PointsI always make that mistake....
