Might of the Spell Fiends [03/??] Please Comment

When a Spell Card is activated place 1 Spell Counter on this card. Once per turn, you can move any number of Spell Counters from this card to another card you control that you can place Spell Counters on. When you activate a card effect that removes Spell Counters from the field, you can pay 100 life points for each Spell Counter that would be removed instead.

When a Spell Card is activated, place 1 Spell Counter on this card. Increase the ATK of this card by 500, and increase the level of this card by 1 (max. 12) for each Spell Counter on this card. You can pay 1000 life points and remove 4 Spell Counters from this card to add 1 Spell Card from your Graveyard to your hand. If "Chapel of the Spell Fiends" is on the field, then you do not have to pay to activate this effect.

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner "Spell Fiend" monsters

This card cannot be Summoned unless "Chapel of the Spell Fiends" is on the field. When a Spell Card is activated, place 1 Spell Counter on this card. Any life points you must pay as the cost of a card effect is halved. When this card attacks or is attacked, you can remove any number of Spell Counters from the field to increase the ATK of this card by 100 for each one removed until the end of the Damage Step.
