[spoiler=Effect/Lore]This card cannot be Tribute Summoned except by Tributing 2 "Ice Barrier" monsters you control. If their are 4 or more WATER monsters in your Graveyard, you can Special Summon this card from your hand. Once per turn, you can pay 500 Life Points to select 1 Level 4 or lower WATER monster in your Graveyard and remove it from play. If you do, your opponent cannot activate the number of Spell and Trap Cards equal to the selected monster's Level during your Battle Phase this turn. When this card attacks a Defense Position monster with a lower DEF than the this card's ATK, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent.

[spoiler=Effect/Lore]

A single I made to support the Ice Barrier archetype. You guys know what to do.

Lol, isn't Typhus a deadly disease?

Anyway, you misspelt "Tributing", a small mistake. The pic is cool and you used image credit so that is a plus. You nicely posted the card's effect below the card. The effect is not bad. Just change that card's name........

9/10

i think you need to remove the Special Summon effect or put more than 4 water monsters

anyway a good card 8.5/10

Why should I do that? It would really kill his speed, especially if I left him with the required Ice Barrier monsters as tributes. 4 WATERs seems balanced to.

Thx for the nice ratings guys.

i think it's little OP cuz it can be easily summoned

Thats the point. Its supposed to be easy to summon depending on your situation in a duel. If you have 4 Water monsters in your Graveyard, that probably means your opponent has the upper hand in the Duel. He can help you make a comeback but if you have pretty good control of the field in the duel, then he might not be as useful to summon at that moment.

yeah i know that but i think 4 Water monsters is too easy

use Foolish Burial and the others your opponent will do the job for you

see too easy

Letting my opponent just kill 3 of my monsters doesn't help me at all.

Using Foolish just so I can get fodder is fairly stupid as well.

Foolish Burial helps you a lot if you gonna use that effect and it's not just your opponent's that sent your monster to the graveyard you do Tribute summons too

I would rather use foolish on a monster that will benefit from getting out of the deck, such as Wulf, rather than just fodder for another monster. Your being very situational.
