The deck must be under $50 and must follow with the March 2009 Forbidden and Limited List. Also, basic consistency is necessary. I will put the top 3 decks in the first three spoilers, with the rest in the other ones. This will be decided every week. First place gets 1 rep and 25 points, Second gets a rep and Third gets 25 points. Decks in the Archive will have a number of •s next to their name for the amount of times they've won. Go Go Go.
