You can Special Summon this card from your hand by removing from play 1 DARK monster and 1 WIND monster in your Graveyard. You can remove from play 1 DARK monster and 1 WIND monster from your hand to Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. Your opponent cannot Set (or flip face-down) any cards. Also... despite you tried to make them look "realistic" in the meaning you didn't want joke cards... I don't know if we can call internet memes part of "Pop Culture". It's more something on its own - what I believe this is "Internet culture", truly. To be honest, I'd say they would rather belong on the joke thread... but I'm hesitating. To come back on a strictly analyzing point of view, Over 9000?! is far overpowered, picture quality is crappy for most of these cards... in short, it's mediocre. 4/10.
