Card Lore:

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 2 Level 4 or higher WIND monsters you control. When this card is Summoned, select up to 2 unoccupied monster Zones on your opponent's side of the field and up to 2 unoccupied monster Zones on your side of the field. Place 1 Cloud Counter on each selected Zone. Each player cannot use Zone(s) that has a cloud Counter on it. Whenever a monster is destroyed, place 1 Cloud Counter on the monster Zone where the destroyed monster was Summoned. Increase the ATK and DEF of this card for each Cloud Counter on the field x700. When this card is destroyed, remove all Cloud Counters in play. Each player draws cards from their deck equal to the number of Cloud Counters removed.

Card A has bad OCG, but I don't really like the concept of card B (placing Counters on card zones), and I personally find it overpowered just a little (perhaps just due to its 3000 ATK starting value and the fact that it keeps gaining 700 each time a monster is destroyed, plus its easy summoning conditions), but that's just me.

Anyway, I go with card a.

Card A has a nice effect, but is somewhat pointless when you consider unless you are low on life points, you will ALWAYS go for the 1000. The weaker effects add extra, but really the difference in point cost is minimal.

Card B, on the other hand, has some nice abilities, as well as the possibility to lock down your opponent and gain lots of attack, neatly balanced by the conditions (I mean, how many good WIND Monsters are there? Some i'll grant, but at least it isn't Light or Dark). And the extra draw ability does nearly make it to being OPed, even if your opponent gets it to.

But all in all, Card B gets my vote.

Thanks for the votes^_^

Currently the count is:

Card A - 2

Card B - 4

@chaosgodkarl - It's not that easy to summon card B:) Remember, you must Tribute 2 Level 4 or higher WIND monsters which Aelsthla-Mental perfectly captured making it more balanced. Besides, Card B can only have 3000 ATK if you are willing to give up 2 monster Zones on your side of the field too. But your vote is very well appreciated. Thanks for voting amigo^_^

Keep the votes coming guys^_^

Congrats...

I should have used a different card in stead of something just taught up on the spot..

And to the people that said ocg is wrong, prove it don't just say that, because if you look i can see ocg errors on pitski's card...

Oh and btw, pitski you should really have made a thing saying no simple votes made, that seem to judge solely on the pic e.t.c but i should have said that before you accepted my as opponent anyway well done you won... reps on the way

Tommers, u had much better picture, and idea is okay but, i think u lost because of paying thing...player will choose 1000 in most cases, that part is not really fun...i think u should do dices roll instead with a little more different effects ( because they are all similar), then card would be much better..:)

Yup, i saw mine too^_^

deck=Deck

But those are really minor. I also saw OCG errors on your card but those are really minor.

I don't think they just judged based on the pic. If i were to really judge the cards, i'd still choose Card B because of it's unique and lasting effect. Honestly. Your card is also good. If i had chosen the wrong card from my collection, i would've lost. So i'm thankful that i did'nt.

Thanks for being a sport tommers2008. You earned my respect! This thread can now be closed.
