GIMP card resizing

Hey there i need help on resizing a card i made on GIMP i copied to word and put in 2.28 for width and 3.38 for height and it doesn't work it changes all the numbers and yea like that

so my question is does any1 no what size a yugioh card is in pixels?

PS i want it to print out at the same size of a yugioh card

 

Any help would greatly be appreciated

Get a ruler, measure one yourself, or google it.

How Am i supposed to measure it in PIXELS?(Not to be mean or anything)
