Leturn Master
Agreed.Pitch this card and make a Level 5 or 6 monster with a SMALL effect, get it rated, and work your way up from there. This guy is overkill in most every way.
RacecaR
Whoa way to many effects, and although it's hard to summon in a nromal deck, a light deck could summon this bamf dude easy. Here's a suggested effect... (Also make attack 0) This card cannot be normal summoned or set. This card can only be special summoned by removing 4 LIGHT type monsters from your graveyard from play. When this card is special summoned, destroy all cards on your opponent's side of the field and increase this card's ATK and DEf by 500 points for every card destroyed. As long as this card remains face up on your side of the field, increase your life points by 500 points for every card you draw. As long as this card is face up on your side of the field, your opponent cannot activate spell and trap cards. Increase this card's ATK and DEF by 200 points for every card in either player's graveyard. To keep this card on the field, you must sacrifice one monster and spell card from your hand or the field during your end phase. If not, this card is destroyed and removed from play. Old effect = 5/10New effect = 8/

RacecaR
Trust me. It's a little to powerful and has some ocg (offical card grammar). Also, it is a good card for a beginner to the site. Good job.

NelstaRRRR
divine beasts are not allowed in realistic. The one and only Divine-Beast that is allowed is Obelisk the Tormentor as an effect card, but it's only in japanse.
