(As in, all the attributes had been taken).So I decided; there must be another Monarch! :PAnd so I thought of a Rainbow Monarch. The best of them all, and it had the attributes of them all.About the picture... yeah... first female Monarch ^^ I couldn't really find anything better to represent rainbows and that. Arven the Rainbow MonarchAttribute: Light (Effect makes it all attributes)Rarity: UltraATK: 2400 DEF: 1000Effect: This card's attribute is also treated as DARK, WIND, WATER, FIRE and EARTH. When this card is Tribute Summoned, declare a monster attribute. Every face-up monster with the declared attribute on the field is returned to its owner's hand, except this card.
