Here is what you gotta do Catmin(Nickname ftw):

The render you used is nice but it has 2 parts to it.(The monster and the girl. Choose one of the parts and erase the other.)

Stop centering your focal, it usually covers up the effects you have going.

Stop brushing and read some tuts that help with stock use.

Dont just use one color red. Use different shades and hues to help it look nice and not bland(As it looks now).
