+1 Unifrog (He is the boss in wetlands)

+1 Substitoad (Searches for your strongest monsters Uni and Submarine}

-1 Flip Flop Frog ( 3 of theese an 2 penguins are too much)

-1 of your choice

 

And Roar > Mirror > > > > > Forcefield ( Why do you run forcefields instead of these?)

Oh and maybe add scapegoat. Sheeps + Substi = fun

(Just 'cause he's Aqua, doesn't mean he fits well in a frog deck. Replace with Ooguchi).

On Topic: Why Mobius? You don't really need to Tribute in Frogs.
