1. 1st card is extremely overpowered.

"Once per turn, send the top card of your Deck to your Graveyard"

- I think this is the correct OCG. Just one question, During when do you send the card to your Graveyard? Standby Phase, Draw Phase, etc..?

2. 2nd card is quite overpowered

"Once per turn, during your Main Phase, you can send the top 3 cards of your Deck to your Graveyard to destroy 1 monster on the field whose ATK is less than or equal to 2000.

- I think this is the correct OCG. Usually, that kind of effect is fitted for Level 6 or higher monsters.

3. 3rd card is overpowered

"This card gains 500 ATK for each "Light Yagami" you control. Once per turn, you can pay 500 Life Points to switch the Battle Position of a face-up monster you control. When this card is destroyed, remove from play 1 LIGHT monster in your Graveyard. If the card removed from play by this effect is not "Light Yagami", decrease your Life Points by 1000.

- I think this is the correct OCG. "Light Yagami" being a Level 4 makes this card overpowered since that card is very easy to Summon plus the effect of "Light Yagami" does not balance both cards when on your field.

4. 4th card is Underpowered

"This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned from your Graveyard while "Misa Amane" is face-up on your field. When this card is Summoned, remove from play 1 face-up monster your opponent controls." The next one is not necessary.

- This card depends too much on "Misa Amane".

I'll read the rest when i get the time. For now, this is what i can do^_^

I based them off their anime selves. Rem kills herself to save Misa, so she depends on her. But I will fix either way.

Well, why not instead of basing it on the story line like someone kills this character or this person is the savior of etc.. Do the cards based on their ability. If someone is powerful and based on brute strength, give it a massive ATK. If someone is weak against something, give it a drawback^_^

That will make it better in my opinion^_^
