An overpowered card? It's a shame that it can be rendered useless when Silent Swordsman LV7, Spell Canceler, or Anti-Spell Fragrance is face-up on the field. Also pitski's correct when he said that "you win the game", since every card in the opponent's deck is removed from play, the game is over no matter what happens.

There's a way to stop that card from activating. Just use Delinquent Due and it will send the card to the Graveyard. Use two Delinquent Due to increase your chance. Or use Card Destruction. But you have to go first if your opponent has three of them in their hand.

Duo is banned in advanced and limited in traditional. Hand destruction may discard 0 copies of this and let your opponent draw. And all those strategies do not stop the card once it's played so it's still Oped XD.

PS : Nice pic :)

The only way that this card could be more OP is if somewhere in the effect, it says "Instead of conducting your normal Draw Phase, you may search your Deck or Graveyard and add this card to your hand."

P.S. I love it. It's been forever since I've seen an OP card on here that was well designed.
