There's nothing wrong with that.If you drink too much water it will drown your brain' date=' it's happened.[/quote'] Indeed. The humidity and heat down here is murder in the summer. It's a good idea to drink a lot since you're just gonna sweat it off standing around doing nothing. I'm up to 10 glasses of water a day - and it's not technically summer yet. :(
ragnarok1945
Please, when I lived in Phoenix, AZ, the summer time was a killer. For those who were exercising, you need at least 2 to 3 gallons of water on a daily basis or your body won't be able to take that kind of heat

ragnarok1945
Perhaps. In the summer time in AZ, if your air conditioning fails, you'd better just live in the swimming pool to better compensate the heat. One guy I knew even resorted to drinking the pool water because of the thirst.

Although the humidity is high in Lousiana, the temperature in Arizona is MUCH higher (and in the long run, it's worse since it's a dry heat). It'll kill you faster. You'll just feel bad in Louisiana and it'll take longer. (I believe it averages around 105 degrees in Arizona in summer time - but can hit close to 130ish. Louisiana, from what I remember, hasn't hit over 110 in years).
ragnarok1945
by Aug, the swimming pools are nothing but hot tubs in AZ I remember checking the pool temp once in Aug, and it was at 95 degrees F (and in case you need a reminder, the avg human body temp is 98.6 degrees F)
