Title says it all. I was looking around for a bit and really liked the idea of makin' some disgaea cards. So, here's to the best!

Now for some actual critque:

Netherworld Archer: Seems decent . . . though I'm a little unsure about the 1k damage per attack it can pull off.

Overlord Laharl: Laharl's a demon. Demons are Fiends. Why make him a Beast-Warrior? It makes no sense. However, as for a more tecfhnical complaint . . . Interesting reference to the ending(s) in his effect, but one small problem: He's 2700 ATK and Special Summon-able with just a Prinny. That's kind of an inordinate cost, if you ask me . . . on top of that, he's a natural one-Tribute (you don't say you CAN'T Normal Summon him, you haven't even made him Semi-Nomi, you've just said that you CAN Tribute a Prinny to Special Summon him).

Vassal Etna: The Beauty Queen would like to have a word with you. However, on technical terms . . . UGH. 1700 ATK, gains 500 ATK for each Prinny that's out or dead, and LEVEL 4. That doesn't add up very nicely, I'm afraid -- especially as there's no GIMP to make its Level justifiable. (I'm not even going to bring up the 'she's a demon, not a werewolf, she ought to be a Fiend' issue . . . you may have gotten the point already by now.)

Netherworld Ninja: That's an interesting card, I'll give you that much. If it's attacked, it either ends the Battle Phase (which, I should say, could be better-worded -- try this: "If heads, the Battle Phase ends."), or kills a card you control. There are ways to make this work to your advantage, really. However, its stats are what make the card truly enjoyable -- they aren't overinflated, and they match up with the effect nicely -- all in all, this is a good card. Bravo.

Prinny: A Tuner, huh? And a Fiend, how interesting . . . wait a minute. Can't be destroyed by monsters with 1500+ ATK? A monster that kills it dies as well? WAIT A MINUTE. This is a broken card. Its ATK may be lower than 1500, but that doesn't change the fact that simple measures make it immortal -- you don't specify whether it's unkillable by BATTLE with such monsters or just in general, and therefore your monster has been made invincible towards those. And then, whatever manages to finally kill it bites the dust in turn -- that's not quite kosher, I'm sorry. Interesting touch with the Hero Prinny image, though.

Vassal Flonne: . . . This is getting ridiculous. Another no-gimp Lv4 with the ability to get pumped up to obscene levels. It's unaffected by Spell/Trap cards, meaning that it's immortal if you can keep it from being killed by battle . . . and it gains 500 ATK for each Laharl or Etna you've got out or dead. That makes for some bad sense. After all, it becomes 2000 ATK if you so much as have ONE Etna out. That screams 'broken' in ways I never thought possible from anything beyond DAD.

Netherworld Warrior: This board seems to hate vanillas, aka Normal Monsters. I can tolerate them . . . if they have SUPPORT. 1400 ATK and 1200 DEF give it very mediocre stats, which does little to redeem it.

Netherworld: YAWN. It ups Laharl, Etna, Flonne, and the Rosenqueen (aka 'Netherworld') mobs by 500 ATK. That doesn't say much for it . . . other than 'why do the first three I just listed need ANOTHER way to get more ATK?' Other than that it gives the generics you used some decent stats, it's not very useful other than as a way to get rid of someone's Endymion, Venom Swamp, or Cage of the Gladiator Beasts . . .

Pringer X: Yawn again. I (and anyone else, for that matter) can get better mileage from Gaia Knight. In fact, most competetive players get better mileage out of the much-hated-by-me Goyo Guardian. If it doesn't have an effect, it doesn't need such mediocre stats.

This set needs a LOT of refining, but if you keep at it you might be able to make a diamond come out of this . . . stuff.
