[Zimiri of the Muse]

September eleventh 2001

9-11

Four planes

3000 dead

Some innocent some not

NYPD many lost men

NYFD many never to put out another fire

19 terrorists

1 goal

To cripple another country

With not one but 4 low blows

In less than 12 hours the country was on its knees

In less than 12 hours the twin tours, the pentagon and a field in Pennsylvania

Lie in smoke, ash, and shambles

Over 2000,000,000 million people crying

And our country has never been more united

We stand together as one country and we still do

9-11 a not so subtle wake-up call to the true nature of our world

Or 911

That is what they wanted us to be crying

And we did but that only made us closer

With a goal of our own to live in freedom to live in justice to rebuild from this disaster

Alot of people red my first poem

alot said it was crap

they act like that day was no big deal

the don't care for the people who died

they would rather sit at home on their computer

making fun of a poem that may not be the best

but at least has a good story

and yet some ignorant people made this poem look bad

all but benny d

but then someone made this poem look the the biggest piece of Sh*t

he made a poem like mine

but instead of doing good it was just there to be a jerk

1 aim in sight

to make another train wreck

with not 4 but 25 lines from a "poem"

in less than 12 hours the country was on it's knees

in less than 12 hours the education took a blow

lie in smoke,ash, and shambles

over 9000 million people crying

and our country realized they weren't building a good future

we stand together to teach kids so this never happens again

5-13 a not so subtle wake-up call to the schools of our world

and we did but that only made us closer

with a goal of our own to live in a world were schools taught kids

well maybe im so f***ing mad that i wasnt thinking about typing and instead i wanted to find you and smash ur head into 1000 pieces. Manatees underwater

swimming in the ocean

mammals, give birth to babies

they breathe air and don't have gills

they shouldn't even be underwater

they are big

but they don't eat meat

they are fun to pet

and to swim with in aquariums

even though aquariums are like

prisons limiting their own freedom to

swim and enjoy the ocean.
