When this card is special summoned reduce your life points to 0. If this card is in ATK position, no matter how many life points you have you can not lose the duel. This would be the worst of the god cards if it existed scine all your opponent would have to do is play any mass destroying card (assuming it has the god effect "This card cannot be targeted by....") and we have better cards that have the 1000ATK for each card on the field effect. 2/10, 10 for the pic and -8 for not even trying on the effect.
