Effect: "Blue eyes white dragon + Cyber dragon"This card can be summmoned without the use of polymerization as long as you have both of the above fusion material monsters on the field. You'll have to change this card from a normal fusion to an effect fusion, so you get the 'Effect' text in the card effect box. "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" + "Cyber Dragon"You can Fusion Summon this monster from your Extra Deck as long as the Fusion Materials are face up on your side of the field (you do not use "Polymerisation"). If this card is Summoned in this way, remove from play the monsters used as Fusion Materials and decrease the ATK and DEF of this card by 500. I'm not completely sure about the wording of the first sentence, but I'm sure it has "(you do not..." in it.Also, I changed the last sentance because it saves space and makes this fusion monster stronger than the monster used to summon it. The image isn't that good, and you have terrible OCG.[/quote'] Quite a negative comment for what I believe is quite a useful card for bridging a Cyber Dragon Deck and a Blue-Eyes Deck. Also, the image suits the card, as it shows a white mechanised dragon. And OCG isn't everything...creativity is also important, which is what this card has!
