FLIP: Change the Battle Positions of all monsters you control. Every time a monster changes their Battle Position, remove the top card of your Deck from play and place 1 Gruesome Counter on this card. For every Gruesome Counter on this card, increase its ATK by 100. Whenever this card destroys a monster by battle, you can Tribute this card to select 1 of your removed from play monsters with an ATK lower than this cards current ATK and that has a Level lower than or equal to the amount of Gruesome Counters on this card and Special Summon it to your field in Attack Position.

current is not needed. its either ATK or original ATK.

 

Hope i helped. I like the card, very original. It's quite interesting. So it's basically a Summoner. You should made it Rock Summoning Beast. Gruesome Golem is quite a weird name. There is nothing gruesome about it >.<
