And I've decided I want to get a 6 pack and a better overall physique.

 

I did some research (but I got distracted by all the good images).

 

But anyway,

 

Any advice, pointers or anything that would help?[/align]

Tips:

Smoking-don't do it.

Stair Stepping-the best.

Screw the abs.

 

If you really want it then it'll be a breeze. Just a run every day is a good way to get in shape. They say swimming is one of the best ways to exercise' date=' so swim for about 2-3 hours a day.

If you want a six pack here are a few options.

 

1. Go to the alcohol section of the store.

2. Sit-ups is always a cheap/free way.

3. Boflex like Chuck Norris

4. Buy weights/ Get gym membership.

 

Hope it helps and good luck. (Also getting in shape doesn't mean you have to have a six-pack) ;-)

wow have ug guys ever worled out before in ur life. Swimming is used for physical rehanb legs and arms. u want abs do this. Take a 3-8 pound medicine ball. Sit in a crunch position. and hold the ball at ur chest then raise up to ur kneew then extend the ball up over ur knees. Repeat for 3 sets of 15. u can also do the plank excersis for 1 minute...please tell me u kno wat that is

My advice:

1-Take care of what you're eating.

2-Get a gym membership, but make sure that the Gym instuctor gives you a daily step-by-step training routine, don't go harsh on yourself.

3-Leave the internet for a while A.K.A get a life!

4-NEVER take any amino or steroid pills, they will make you look good, but later, you will regret it, believe me!!

This also relax and don't do to much so soon your body will rebound
