Boflex like Chuck Norris4. Buy weights/ Get gym membership. Hope it helps and good luck. Take a 3-8 pound medicine ball. Sit in a crunch position. and hold the ball at ur chest then raise up to ur kneew then extend the ball up over ur knees. Repeat for 3 sets of 15.
