Oh wait, Special Summons don't ever require a Tribute. You can take the "without Tribute" part out since it's a Special Summon, not a Normal Summon. >_> It's a dragon that allows a quick swarm, and a Special Summonable 1900 ATK monster right from the hand is nothing much to laugh at. He too is a Special Summonable monster that requires no Tributing. BUT WAIT! Nowhere on the card does he mention not needing a Tribute. Why is that? Possibly because Special Summons NEED NO TRIBUTE!!! =O I'm well aware of the fact that it doesn't negate its Special Summon effect. That would possibly be because Special Summoning the card is what triggers the negation of his other effects? Maybe in my rate, where I said "a Special Summonable 1900 ATK monster right from the hand" is where I implied that I know what your effect is aiming for. Getting the summon, and losing the other benefits? So yes, what I said still stands, Special Summons never require a Tribute. Cyber Dragon will back me up here.
