vineco
First one i am posting, not the first i have made. I tried writing it out to suit what i had in mind for it but i know something is wrong with the description of the effect. Please share what you think should be edited. EffectThis card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by Tribute Summon. To Tribute Summon this card, you must Tribute 1 LIGHT and 1 DARK Monster. While this card is on the field in face-up Attack Position, it gains one of the following effects: If you control more DARK monsters than LIGHT monsters: This card's ATK becomes 3000, and loses 200 ATK for each LIGHT monster on the field; If you control more LIGHT monsters than DARK monsters: As long as this card remains on the field all LIGHT monsters* gain 300 ATK, and each time a DARK monster is sent from your side of the field to the Graveyard you take 500 damage. I enjoyed the picture too much. ^.^
tensho okami
...hmm...I'd say to just go ahead and bump it up to a two tribute monster and have to sacrifice one of each atribute and for that other part just have it say "This card cannot be normal summoned...ect ect...while this card is on the field activate the appropriate effect, First bullet if there are more dark cards...Second bullet, if there are more light cards..."that'd tidy it up a bit and make it more to the point, I love the card though, excellent pic and name choice, I give you're card an 8/10 from my opinion ^^, nice

Baroque in Paradise
This is yet ANOTHER interesting and not-overpowered monster I see tonight! SHOCK AND AWE, THE BAD:GOOD RATIO HAS JUMPED TO 1:4. It seems the current wave of newbies is turning out to be quite a good one indeed. That being said, I never thought I'd need to reference Victory Dragon of all things for an OCG fix. This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set except by Tribute Summon. *if you mean only the ones you control, inject a ' you control' at the asterisk. Now for a rating: A unique effect, to be sure; do you mean for it to be able to be Special Summoned? If so, it's fine as-is. You've gone and made a beautiful thing, really -- my only concern about this card, and note that this is a VERY good sign, is its type -- you have it 'Divided Angel', but it's a Warrior-type rather than Fairy-type. But ah, well, some monsters have funny Typing -- it's a fact of Duel Monsters. So I leave you with this one request: keep designing interesting and un-broken cards such as this! You'll go far if you do, mark me on this.
