This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effect of "Dragon's Roar". Increase the ATK of this card by 300 points for each Dragon-Type monster in your Graveyard. When the effect of a Spell, Trap, or Effect Monster is activated, you can discard 1 card to negate the activation and effect of that card, and destroy it. By paying 500 Life Points, you can Special Summon 1 "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" from your hand, Deck, or Graveyard to the field. If you control a face-up "Mechanical Boy - Vice", this card is destroyed. This card gains 400 ATK for each "Mechanical Boy - Vice" your opponent controls. Once per turn, you can discard 1 LIGHT monster to destroy 1 DARK monster on the field. "Mechanical Boy - Vice" cannot be targetted by this effect. Mechanical Boy - Vice If you control a face-up "Mechanical Boy - Ultimo", you can Special Summon this card to your opponent's side of the field. If you control a face-up "Mechanical Boy - Ultimo", this card is destroyed. This card gains 400 ATK for each "Mechanical Boy - Ultimo" your opponent controls. Once per turn, you can discard 1 DARK monster to destroy 1 LIGHT monster on the field. "Mechanical Boy - Ultimo" cannot be targetted by this effect. As you can see, they oppose each other very much like in the manga. Both cannot exist on the same side, and must oppose each other, AND they are both complete polar opposites of each other - one of Perfect Good, and one of Perfect Evil. Plus, they give each other a boost by the same amount, which again reflects their equal power in the manga. I hope you like them! Also if more people want to enter some modifications to the rules may be made. I'm putting you in!Just pay the entry fee. IMPORTANT NOTE If more people request to get in,the participants limit will be scaled up to 20,we may get one extra judge and increase the prizes. I shall soon contact all judges to start judging your cards,Rempelago Blango has been disqualified and the moment you've been waiting for is here! However,I will be away from the days 23/6 to approximately 30/6,in the meantime every judge who's done judging should PM me with the results.Once I come back the winners will recieve their prizes.
