TrickyPooBoy
I wouldn't mind seeing Poison being Super Effective against Steel for TWO reasons: 1) Poison has been screwed over enough since they lost their super effectiveness against Bug2) Last I checked' date=' acid eats metal[/quote']Poison has no effect against metal, genius. Poison=FightingFighting But... Poison=Fighting Obviously, you didnt' read my post at all. ACID eats METAL. Last I checked, there was a move in the game called ACID. Oh, and that move called GASTRO ACID that nullifies abilities. Same concept, genius. Also, I said that Poison had basically been screwed over. It didn't NEED to have a type completely immune to it - especially one that's the only Type where Dragon does half damage as well as many other resistances. TrickyPooBoy
Acid eats metal, but it's a poison move, making it null against steel. Mud Shot doesn't effect Skarmory because it's a ground move. But, that doesn't mean a Swampert can't aim the mud shot high to affect Skarmory. The weirdness of Poke`moves continues.... Point is, this SE list is hard to understand. I don't see how I can understand it.
Golden Chaos
Well, to clarify things, genious and Mr.Einstein, SaturnPaladin is trying to prove a REAL fact, not the pre-set match-ups, and I agree with him. We're not talking about the Pokemon game now, we're talking about REAL life, and how should the match-ups be more realistic, though changing anything now will shatter the meta.Btw, I hate how Electricity is weak against Grass, it's not like if I zapped a leaf it won't burn!! Felix
True but it burns because it can't conduct electricity very well, because it has carbon in it and because there isn't a lot of the stuff as a whole. If there was a big hunk of some kind of Grass meat then it wouldn't burn.
Golden Chaos
Perhaps you're right, but some match-ups are just not logical/real.Here are some examples:Fighting>PoisonFlying>FightingFighting>DarkPsychicIce>Dragon I believe there are some others, I can only remember those now. Also, I don't think anybody with half a brain would want to touch something that could poison them. Flying > Fighting = Kinda hard to hit an opponent when they're up in the air. That and birds attack pretty viciously if provoked. (Wouldn't it be odd if Fighting couldn't hurt Flying at all?) Fighting > Dark = Ever notice how most evil geniuses in cartoons and shows generally suck in hand-to-hand combat? Maybe they utilized that aspect for this peculiar matchup. The Psychic < Dark,Ghost, and Bug = No idea Ice > Dragon = You got me on that one also. =/
