Baroque in Paradise Posted May 20, 2009 Report Share Posted May 20, 2009 Indeed, quite underpowered -- with a nerf like 'Cannot be Normal Summoned or Set' w/o Special Summoning condition, you're pretty much OK to pull some weird killing spree off (case in point, Rare Metal Dragon).
