Finnaly here is mine:

This monster cannot be normal summoned or set, this monster cannot be summoned, except by offering 1 level 5 or higher FIRE monster as a tribute. The DEF of all Water-type monsters becomes 0. Increase the ATK of this monster with 300 for each monster with 0 DEF. During your next Battlephase, you may switch a Water-type monster with 2000 ATK or more to Attack positon, to attack it with this monster.

Card Lore:Each time this monster attacks inflict 100 damage to your opponent.For each monster this card destroys place one "Acid Counter"(Max. 3)on this monster.Each turn you can destroy 1 or more "Acid Counters".Inflict 300 damage to your opponent for each counter destroyed each turn.If this monster is about to be destroyed by battle you can destroy "Acid Counters" for the specified effects(do not inflict damage to your opponent for each "Acid Counter" destroyed this way).

1 "Acid Counter":You do not take Battle Damage.

2 "Acid Counters":You do not take Battle Damage and this monster is not destroyed by battle.

It's Level 4 and Very Good. That's me judging it:) Although i'm not sure if i can release it here.

I was hoping to release it in a.... well... Nevermind^_^

The Monster Type of this card is also treated as Thunder and Aqua. If this card would be destroyed by battle during your battle phase, remove this card and the target card from play and Special Summon 3 Chimera Tokens (Beast-Type/Tuner/LIGHT/Level 3/ATK 500/DEF 500) to your side of the field. If 3 Chimera tokens on your side of the field are destroyed by battle, Special Summon this removed from play card to your side of the field.

When you take Battle Damage while you control no monsters, reveal 1 Spirit Monster from your hand to Special Summon this card in face-up Attack Position. Then, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the Battle Damage you took during this turn's Battle Phase. Each time a monster(s) you control is returned from the field to its owner's hand you can return 1 card your opponent controls to its owner's hand.
