If, for some reason, you decide to buff it to absurd levels, someone could abuse the ability and force her to get destroyed. Also, the extra damage you take might make some people decide "Maybe I just want to let her die." But I digress, they're really not bad cards. Few OCG errors, if any. Though, Meta Knight's sounds like it could be rewritten as "...this monster may attack once more during the same battle phase." or something to that effect.
