I am very surprised I didn't notice this sooner.

That said, let's get down to reviewing, hm?

Final Revenger . . .

OCG Fix time!

"When this card is sent to the Graveyard you can pay half your Life Points to Special Summon it. When this card is Special Summoned, your opponent discards 1 card from their hand. As long as this card is face-up on the field each player Tributes 1 monster* they control at the end of each turn."

*done because you could just keep Tributing an 'Iron Core of Koa'ki Meiru' to keep things alive with the original effect, which was probably NOT the original intention; if it was, just replace '1 monster' with '1 card' as you had before.

Review: Erm . . . Gimmicky. Very low ATK to balance it, I'll grant thee that, so . . . it's not very useful on its own. Let's move on.

Gavin the Baroque hero . . .

OCG Fix time!

"When this card is Special Summoned, you can pay 1000 Life Points to remove one monster on each player's side of the field from play."

Review: Interesting effect, though D.D. Decks would revel in it courtesy of the Rocks' recent 'Special Summon from Removed From Play Pile' trap. Next one!

M.R.E. . . .

OCG Fix time!

"When you Tribute this card, you may Special Summon it during your* next [insert phase here] in face-up Attack Position."

Referenced Samsara Kaiser for this, though you seriously need to consider WHICH Phase you Summon it in -- if you don't specify a Phase, it'll only be doable during your Main Phase(s).

*You can preserve the original spirit of the effect (that I saw) by putting 'the' instead of 'your', though this would mean that if Tributed during your turn it would come back during your opponent's.

Review: Samsara Kaiser made a little better (with the added benefit of being Fairy-type -- 'Sanctuary in the Sky' is calling). I might use it for the sheer oddball nature of it, really . . . and the fact that I can actually (ab)use it over and over again.

Altogether . . .

Review: This may be promising . . . I'll hold off on the blanket review until more are posted.
