LiAM Posted May 22, 2009 Report Share Posted May 22, 2009 OCG:select 1 Dragon with an ATK less than = select 1 Dragon-Type monster with 2000 ATK or less. Needs a comma to separate the 'sent to the Graveyard, Special Summon the selected monster'. You seem to have over complicated the effect. Its also Overpowered. "Masked Dragon" has the same effect but its fairer.  Can't do suffiecient image edit unless I think its gonna be worth it.
