The pic is okay I guess, there a missing background, but I think the devils on the pics can make it up very weakly. As for the OCG, its needed to be fixe! Like now! As for the effect, I guess its a bit too much powerful, maybe if you pay it more or you tribute the monster it would make more sense, but hein your choice.
