1337noob Posted May 24, 2009 Report Share Posted May 24, 2009 my task was to make a DARK Thunder-Type Level 3 monster.[spoiler=card] [spoiler=effect] This card can only be Special Summoned by offering 1 Thunder-Type monster and 1 DARK monster on your side of the field as a Tribute. If you do, once per turn, you can discard 1 Thunder-Type or 1 Dark monster from your hand to destroy 1 card on the field. If you do, the monster with the highest ATK on your side of the field cannot declare an attack this turn. Decrease the monster(s')ATK by 500 for every one of your Standby Phases. As long as this card remains face up on the field "Spellbinding Circle" is not affected by Spell or Trap cards' Effects.Spellbinding Circle is destroyed you can remove all Spell-bind counter(s) from the field to add "Spellbinding Circle" to the top of your Deck.
