The true redeeming quality of this card is the fact that the ATK increase is permanent (You were making permanent, correct?). This card may become OP'ed if you manage to land a 5 or 6. Cause every monster you control could get a permanent 1500 ATK increase which would most likely mess your opponent up. But whatever.... Overall, Dice Cards are always welcome because they add Fun and Suspense to the game. You pay a lot of lifepoints but your Monsters gains a powerboost.
