Cypress Posted May 23, 2009 Author Report Share Posted May 23, 2009 what OCG error and no, i cant just say that, because that has nothing to do with my card, and is too simple of an effect this card:level<5, decrease ATK and DEF by 400number o monsters affected by ^ X200, Water monster increaseand so monsters dont decrease , and then increase, making things more complicated, i put the third sentence and thank you for a comment in my thread before i have to bump it Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Increase the ATK and DEF of all WATER monsters on the field equal to the number of monsters affected by this card x200.
