The Imperial Wall will stop you from activating Abundance. Also, a lot of Macro decks use Banisher of the Light or Radiance. The Wall ends up stopping one of the major Crystal Beast victory conditions. It's tough to run enough destruction in a CB deck so that you can destroy all the ways Macro decks stop the Crystal Beasts. And another point: most Macro decks are Macro Monarch, so Raiza and Caius would cause problems. No amount of Carbuncle Swarm or Rainbow Dragon can stand up to D.D. Survivors and the Monarchs.

Crystal Abundance won't work if Banisher of the Light, Banisher of the Radiance, or if Macro Cosmos is in play, which is usually the case. Dimensional Fissure technically won't stop CA, but, as I said before, that Macro deck is probably a Macro Monarch deck, which means Caius and Raiza are running wild in that deck.
