Card says: When this card activated you and your opponent show each other his/her hands, and whomever has the most monster cards in his/her hand may chose to control as many monsters on the opposite side of the field as his/her opponent has in her/her hand the player that wins this can't summon any monsters as long as this card is face up on the field. This effect will continue as long as the “Hack” card is still in play.
