I won't comment on the Pop-Culture cards, but I'll offer advice on the Realistic Cards:

 

Anubis:

i) Get a better picture...or change this card to "Anubis Phantom"

ii) OCG: This monster's ATK is equal to the number of Fiend-Type monsters in your Graveyard x 1000.

 

Dark Dragon:

i) Very unoriginal name

ii) Very overused picture

iii) OCG: This card cannot Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Tributing 1 Level 5 or higher Dragon-Type on your side of the field. Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you can tribute 1 Level 5 or higher Dragon-Type monster on your side of the field so that this card can attack your opponent directly.

(I changed the effect because it is far too powerful without the tributing)

 

Dragon Archer:

i) OCG: This card can attack twice during your Battle Phase.

 

Dragon Deity:

i) The most overused picture on YCM. Change it now!

ii) Change to Lv.12. (5000 ATK and 4800 DEF are Lv.12 territory)

iii) OCG: "Dark Dragon" + "Light Dragon"

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. Negate the effects of all Spell and Trap cards that designate this card.

 

Dragon of The Devil:

i) Not the best name. Change to "Appolion's Dragon" (Appolion = Devil)

ii) You might want to change it to a FIRE monster.

iii) Change to Lv.10 (4000 ATK and 3500 DEF are too high for Lv.8)

iv) OCG: This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card cannot be Special Summoned except by the effects of Spell or Trap cards.

 

Dragon Serpant:

i) Change name to 'Dragon Serpent' (correct spelling)

ii) A card can only have 1 printed type. It can be treated as other types, and I'll outline that in the effect. Change the Type to Dragon.

iii) OCG: This card is treated as an Aqua and Sea Serpent-Type monster in addition to its regular type. This card ATK is equal to the number of Aqua, Dragon and Sea Serpent-Type monsters in your Graveyard x 200.

 

Dragon Slayer:

i) Find a picture with a background.

ii) OCG: This card can only be Summoned while there is a Level 5 or higher Dragon-Type monster on the field. If there are no Dragon-Type monsters on the field, this card is destroyed.

 

Dragon Warrior:

i) OCG: Once per turn, during your Standby Phase, you may Tribute this monster to Special Summon a Level 6 or lower Dragon-Type monster from your Deck or Graveyard.

 

Gold Dragon:

i) Unimaginative name.

ii) Don't make Normal Monsters.

 

Jade Dragon:

i) Increase to Level 8.

ii) This card gains 500 ATK for every face-up Dragon-Type monster on the field.

 

Light Dragon:

i) Very unimaginative name (use an online thesaurus)

ii) OCG: When this monster attacks an Attack Position monster with a DEF lower than the ATK of this card, inflict the difference as Battle Damage to your opponent.

 

Lightning Dragon:

i) Reduce to Level 5

ii) OCG: FLIP: Inflict 500 Points of Direct Damage to your opponent's Life Points.

 

Magma Dragon:

i) Change to Level 7

ii) Give it an effect

 

Minotaur:

i) Change 'Beast Warrior' to 'Beast-Warrior'

ii) Give it an effect

 

Mysterious Samurai:

i) Awful picture

ii) OCG: This card's ATK is equal to the ATK of the highest level face-up monster on the field.

iii) Why has it got zero DEF?

 

Ruben:

i) Change effect to: During you Battle Phase this card gains 1000 ATK.

ii) Change ATK and DEF to 2000 and 2000.

 

Ultra Dragon:

i) Don't make Divine Monsters

ii) Get a better picture

iii) WIND and FIRE are not types, they are Attributes. Change to Dragon-Type only.

iv) OCG: "Dragon Deity" + "Dragon of The Devil"

This card cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon. This card cannot be destroyed by battle by non-Dragon-Type monsters. On the 7th End Phase after this card was Summoned, it is sent to the Graveyard.

v) The ATK and DEF are illegally high. 5000 is the maximum. Change to 5000 and 4600.

 

Werewolf:

i) OCG: When this card is sent to the Graveyard, flip 1 coin. If the result is heads, Special Summon this monster in Attack Position with 2000 ATK. If the result is tails, this card is removed from play.

 

That should deal with most of the errors and problems (although my OCG is slightly outdated).

extream agree, change the tital of this thread cus it aint true.
