This is only a new idea, i planing a set of cards that have no ATK and high DEF and they don't can attack. In this set is the archtype "Tower". hope you like

 

 

Tower - Above

This card cannot declare an attack. Increase the DEF of this card by 100 for each "Tower" monster you control. Each time your opponent declares an attack inflict 500 damage to your opponent.[/align]

 

Tower - Babel

FLIP: Special Summon 1 "Tower Token" (EARTH/Level 2/Rock-Type/ATK 0/DEF 1000) on your field. This card cannot declare an attack. Each time your opponent declares an attack inflict 500 damage to your opponent.[/align]

 

Tower - Crazy

FLIP: Destroy 1 "Tower" monster or a "Tower Token" on the field and inflict 1000 damage to your opponent. This card cannot declare an attack. Each time your opponent declares an attack inflict 500 damage to your opponent.[/align]

 

Tower - Watch

FLIP: Both players show their hand card. Inflicts 100 damage to your opponent for each card in his/her hand. This card cannot declare an attack. Each time your opponent declares an attack inflict 500 damage to your opponent.[/align]

 

Tower - Tree

Tower - Castle Island

When this card is Synchro Summoned, Special Summon 2 "Tower Token" (EARTH/Level 2/Rock-Type/ATK 0/DEF 1000) to your field. This card cannot declare an attack. Each time your opponent declares an attack inflict 500 damage to your opponent.[/align]

 

Tower - Black Rose

Tower Place

Activate this card only you control at least 2 "Tower" monster. In this turn no "Tower" monster can destroyed by battle or change the battle position[/align]

This is a really cool concept. For the first time in the Yu-Gi-Oh card game, you can actually win a game by playing all defense.

Shield Burn, I like it.

 

The OCG has already been discussed, I really wanna see more of these!

This is the first time when I've seen such an offensive stalling. With some extra effect damage support, it seems like a viable archetype without being overpowered. The names are somewhat weird, in my opinion, but that's not really a problem. :) I believe this concept deserves 9/10.

I really like these cards =D. They are a well balanced out set but still good to use. The thing I like best is the fact they can't attack. Some might see it as a little detail but I think it works great with this tower/building concept. I would like to see some more support for this set.

I like it, although any deck that doesn't attack much would destroy them. Could I reccomend a monster that changes to defence when summoned and can redirect attacks to itself? So that you can flip without leaving easy paths to your lifepoints. Or one that forces your opponent's to attack? Or both?

 

EDIT: Oh right, rating, 7/10 great solid set, open to a little improvements.
