It started out solid, but the last sentence killed it. Most decks run on average 10-12 spells as a minimum. The recycling ability of this card makes it broken... So automatic 0/10. I'm not going to say anything that's been said before, so I'll just state that I think this would be semi-limited (if anything). I prefer "The Tricky", seeing as this card isn't really strong enough to stick around for an entire turn to use it's effect which may or may not work. Oh, and a question -- why not just flip a coin? It simply asks to be taken out -- whether by "Smashing Ground"' date=' "Lightning Vortex", or just an attack by another monster -- not only that, but the ratio between monsters to S&T in an average quality deck is 7/5, so you've got a 42% chance of using her effect [i']if she survives[/i]. Not only that, but you can't summon her for free -- either a discard or a Tribute is required. Maybe Limited if we're getting really restrictive, but I don't thinks so.
