I added a few more cards for the set, and I want to switch around a bit the cards in the deck used by the character. Can I do that?

Just a side note on top of the cards that are in my set the character who uses that deck will be using 2 copies of the existing Trap Card "Urgent Tuning". I may post a deck list once I've worked one out myself.
