This card can only be Special Summoned by removing from play 1 "Dark Armed Dragon" from your graveyard. When this card is successfully Special Summoned you can pay 300 Life Points to put 1 spell counter on this card. (max 4). During your end phase you can remove 1 spell counter from this card to destroy 1 monster on your side of the field. [spoiler=Effect]This card can not be Normal Summoned or Set. When this card is successfully Special Summoned you can put 1 spell counter on this card (max 3). During the Battle Phase of your turn you can remove all the spell counters on this card to attack twice during your next Battle Phase.
