paradoxgears Posted May 26, 2009 Report Share Posted May 26, 2009 I think this would be the god of monarchs Specter the Grave Monarch Zombie 6 Stars Atk 2000 Def 2000effect When this card is tribute summoned chose and activate one of the following effects- remove from play a Monarch monster in your graveyard and gain that monsters effect while ignoring its requirments for the effects activation- send a Monarch monster from your deck to the graveyard to gain that monsters effect while ignoring the requirments for the effects activation This card must be returned to its owners hand during the end phase Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
