Enma Ai Posted May 26, 2009 Report Share Posted May 26, 2009 his card is very "Closed off" like it is only mainly used for a harpie deck and that kind of deck is rarely used any more. It is also very under powered IMO. your card, its attack is balanced for its kind of effect and it takes advantage of some synchro monsters and the new type "Psychic" monsters. Is that ok?
