DNA Transplant and DNA Surgery combined in 1 package? Hmm... interesting idea' date=' but it's very hard to judge the balance of it. I wonder if there could be some effective combos based on that... at first glance, I give 7.5/10 for this card.

It may be both the DNA cards; however it's effect will only work on the monsters which are on the field when the effect is activated, any new monsters keep their original type and attributes. This can be very stragically used

Nice card 8/10

Actually, I'm not really sure in that. Compare the wording for DNA Surgery:

"When you activate this card, declare 1 Type of monster. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all face-up monsters become the Type you declared."

And DNA Transplant:

"Declare 1 Attribute when you activate this card. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, the Attribute of all face-up monsters on the field become the one you declared."

This card:

"When this monster is sent to the Graveyard, by paying 1500 Life Points, declare 1 Type of monster and 1 Attribute. As long as this card exists in your Graveyard, all face-up monsters become the Type and Attribute you declared."

I don't see difference between the wording of DNA Transplant / Surgery and this card. Maybe the author could answer which one is the intended way. ^^
