Lucky 13
Although her effect is powerful 1500 life points seems like a fair price to pay.

Exa Raiun
DNA Transplant and DNA Surgery combined in 1 package? Hmm... interesting idea, but it's very hard to judge the balance of it. I wonder if there could be some effective combos based on that... at first glance, I give 7.5/10 for this card.

This can be very stragically used Nice card 8/

As long as this card remains face-up on the field, all face-up monsters become the Type you declared." And DNA Transplant:"Declare 1 Attribute when you activate this card. As long as this card remains face-up on the field, the Attribute of all face-up monsters on the field become the one you declared." This card:"When this monster is sent to the Graveyard, by paying 1500 Life Points, declare 1 Type of monster and 1 Attribute. As long as this card exists in your Graveyard, all face-up monsters become the Type and Attribute you declared." I don't see difference between the wording of DNA Transplant / Surgery and this card. Maybe the author could answer which one is the intended way. ^^
