As long this card face-up on the field, all monster with ATK 2000 or more cannot declares an attack. During your End Phase, Select 2 cards in your Hand. Then send that card to the Graveyard, if not this card is destroyed.

 

Tsukina, Angel of Striking Star

As long this card face-up in the field, all monster with ATK 1900 or less were destroyed. During your End phase, you must pay 700 Life Points, if not this card is destroyed

Raijin, God of Star Storm

''Rairia, Angel of Lightning" + "Tsukina, Angel of Striking Star"

You can only Special Summon this card from your Extra Deck by sending the above cards from either side of the field to the Graveyard. (You do not use "Polymerization".) By paying 2200 Life Points and sending 5 cards in your hand to the Graveyard During your Standby phase, you can skip the next opponent's Battle phase and Attack directly to your opponent for 1 turn.
