If you do, select 1 face-down card that your opponent controls and send it to the Graveyard (<--which Graveyard?). Flip effects cannot be activated. 6/10, reason: simple effect, minor errors. Actually, you kind of slipped. Close, though. You can omit 'Flip effects cannot be activated.' entirely -- because the effect sends a 'face-down' card, the card is never flipped face-up and so a flip effect would never have the chance to activate.
