There have been newbs that made more balanced cards. But you're just so darn enthusiastic about it all, and great about taking criticism about your card. That's not something I see very often anymore. +1 rep for you. As for the actual card-OCG was covered by other members. The summoning conditions do seem to follow Synchro pretty closely...or even a ritual...I would take out the last part of the effect, it OPs this card more than anything else.
