Sychoshadows Posted May 29, 2009 Report Share Posted May 29, 2009 i see lots off OCG...some are still overpowered, but that just seems how the archtype plays, but even some of the S/T are. check out similer cards, and see how they are worded, like cards that allow you to swarm the field useualy make you send at the end phase. Exa Raiun Posted May 29, 2009 Report Share Posted May 29, 2009 According to my knowledge, vampires are Zombie-Type in Yu-gi-oh (for examples, check Vampire Lord, Vampire Lady and Vampire Genesis). You don't need to make a Vampire-Type for that, in my opinion. You can refer to them as "Vampire" monsters, as most of them has Vampire in the name, anyway. As an advice, be careful with effects which can Special Summon from Graveyard or from Deck. Like Ghost Fairy - it can be easily abused by dumping a powerful monster to your Graveyard, letting it die by battle and Special Summon the powerful monster from your Graveyard. Or Soulless Vampire - it should have a restriction in how powerful monster it can Special Summon from the Deck, otherwise you can just Special Summon the most powerful vampire from your Deck. Supermassive Black Hole is a variation of the forbidden Black Hole card. Fire Vortex is just a renamed Trap Hole/Bottomless Trap Hole, effectively. Soul Crushing is another variation for the same, with an added effect damage. The effect of Total Eclipse is a bit weird, as because it's not a Continuous Trap card, it doesn't stay on the field. In total, while I see the effort made in these cards, you can still improve. As I see that you are new, I give 6/10 for this set. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'm making a Booster Pack with more Vampires and I edited a Vampire Genesis and Vampire Lord to Vampire-Type Monsters and with a variation of the effect."Total Eclipse" only work the turn the card is activated. Exa Raiun Posted May 30, 2009 Report Share Posted May 30, 2009 Well, I have to admit that the Types in Yu-gi-oh occasionally give you weird restrictions, as it classifies all undead monsters as Zombie-Type, let it be a basic skeleton (like Skull Servant) or a noble vampire, and it's kind of hard to get used to it, but oh well. And as for Total Eclipse, its wording is a bit confusing in my opinion, you could use something "Until your End Phase" except of the one you used. Posted June 8, 2009 Report Share Posted June 8, 2009 good cards but you gotta make them a little worse than that like for the cards that let you revive a card have so when you revive them or summon them from your deck that its 4 stars or less and the cards that let you destroy all your cards and summon as many vampire type cards from your hand as you can well that is just way to cheap i would ban that in a second. so make your cards less cheap. overal i rate them 4/5 they are good cards but really unfair. What's confusing is Vampires would fit under Fiends and Zombies, wouldn't they? I don't really know where I'm going with this, but it's a nice set. 9.5/10 (just because of OCG errors). The first one wasn't good it was an Orichalcos Deck with a lot of OCG errors and attachments and the second was Overpowered.But I'm really working with this one I'll make the Deck Guide a new game Mat and Booster Packs for this Deck.
