This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned if you have 3 or more "Archfiend" monsters in your Graveyard while "Pandemonium" is on the field. You can remove from play 1 "Archfiend" monster from your Graveyard to remove from play 1 card on the field. If there are no "Archfiend" monsters in your graveyard, this card is destroyed.

a good help for archfiends monster but it's OP cuz it's ATK and Effect

try to change the effect to "by removing from play 1 "Archfiend" monster, return 1 card on the field to the owner's hand." Rate for now -> 7.5/10

OCG fixed on text below card.

 

effect is not OP cause DAD has 2800 ATK (100 more than this card).

DAD doesn't need a field spell on the field.

and DAD isnt destroyed if there are no DARK monsters in the graveyard.

 

Since this card is and is harder to summon and since there are less "Archfiend" monsters than DARK monsters then it isnt OP.

 

If they had a card called "Archfiend Grepher" than this card would be OP>

As the name implies this is a retrained DAD for Archfiends that's a lack of creativity on your end. You made the graveyard summoning requirements easier but balanced it with requiring Pandemonium. It's support for Archfiend based decks but based on the fact it needs Pandemonium it feels like you were trying to support the "Chess" Archfiend theme where the monsters are named after Chess pieces and require LP costs to maintain. This card on the otherhand doesn't share any traits with that theme so it's a bit of an oddball.

 

Due to the fact that all it takes is 3+ Archfiends in your Grave I would recommend putting in the clause that if Pandemonium is removed from the field the card should be destroyed or RFG'd.

 

It's less versatile due to it's theme requirements but DAD could be splashed in anyways giving you 2 cards for big moves. The decent ATK is not really an issue and the RFG effect gets around meddlesome cards like Stardust Dragon. I do like the balancing factor that the card is destroyed if you have no Archfiends in your Grave and I think a similar clause would have balanced DAD out.

 

As a mark of your card creating skills it lacks creativity on your end because you just retrained DAD, however, you included good balancing factors to the card. As part of the Archfiend theme it is a fairly good card but overall the card is just average.
