Effect: The Fusion Materials for this card are any 2 Level 6 or higher Sea Serpent-Type monsters. Once per turn, you can discard 1 Sea Serpent-Type monster in your hand and pay 500 Life Points to destroy all non-Sea Serpent-Type monsters on your opponent's side of the field. When this monster attacks directly the damage this monster does to your opponent is halved.

Considering the effect and ATK/DEF of this Fusion, having 2 sea-serpents as the Fusion Material Monsters is too easy making this card really overpowered. In a sea-serpent build or a hybrid water deck it's not hard to get 2 sea-serpents on the field or in your hand. Polymerization can be tutored with cards like Fusion Sage, King of the Swamp, and Elemental Hero Woodsmen. Super Polymerization is also a viable option as well. At least include the clause that "This monster cannot be Special Summoned except by Fusion Summon" otherwise it can be Special Summoned by other means like Monster Reborn.

 

You need to lower the stats of this card and find some balancing mechanisms to it's effect because right now you essentially have a 4000 ATK walking Lightning Vortex.
